Connor comes to us with a wealth of experience as a Registered Nurse, boasting over 5 years in labor and delivery, teaching, cosmetic injections, and long-term care.

Meet Rachel, co-owner and operator of Refined Rejuvenation. Rachel has been a Registered Nurse since 2016. Her background is in Emergency Medicine, working between South Bruce Grey Health Centre ED and Southlake Regional Health Centre ED.  

Rachel has always had a creative side and a passion for helping others. In 2022 she was able to blend both passions into one with the opening of Refine Rejuvination.  

 Rachel truly believes in the power of prevention in all things health and aging, focusing on maintaining a natural aesthetic look.

Her exceptional expertise in anatomy was cultivated during this time, and she has since dedicated over 3 years to the field of cosmetic and medical aesthetics.

Committed to patient safety and empowerment, Sarah passionately assists individuals in enhancing their self-assurance and realizing their optimal potential.

As an RMT, she provides personalized treatments that ease tension, reduce stress, and improve posture. Whether managing chronic pain, recovering from activity, or simply unwinding, Thora’s tailored approach leaves you feeling balanced and refreshed.

In her aesthetics practice, Thora offers advanced skincare treatments, including ZO® Skin Health facials and the signature Refined Facial. Passionate about skincare education, she helps clients understand their skin’s needs and build effective routines for lasting, radiant results.

Thora also provides expert laser tattoo removal, combining her knowledge of tattoo application with exceptional care for safe, effective treatment.

Paula Pequegnat has been practicing as a Nurse Practitioner for nearly a decade, with a deep-rooted passion for both patient care and community service. In addition to her work in Palliative Care, she’s also a proud mom of two and a volunteer firefighter in Saugeen Shores — dedicated to making a difference wherever she can.

Paula’s interest in cosmetic injectables grew from the unique confidence and joy it brings to clients. She sees it as a blend of medical expertise and creative expression. Paula partnered with Refine by Rachel because of their shared values, commitment to education, and personalized approach to care. Together, they strive to deliver results that not only enhance beauty, but uplift and empower every individual.
