Treatment Care
Pre Treatment
3-5 days prior to appointment:
- Avoid exfoliation products such as scrubs, retinol, or acids
- Skip any waxing, threading, or laser hair removal on the face
- Avoid tanning beds, self tanners, and direct sun exposure for 1 week prior
- Inform your aesthetician of any skin sensitivities or conditions beforehand, such as active acne, open cold sores, dipilatory creams
Post Treatment
After your facial, for the first 24-48 hours:
- Avoid touching your face unnecessarily
- Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds
- Avoid heat, such as hot tubs, saunas, hot showers, and intense workouts
- Avoid the use of retinols, glycolic acid, and vitamin c serums
- Keep skin hydrated with products such as Aloe Vera, Hyaluronic Acid serums or peptide based
